  • Mindfulness-Based Practices – Timeless, sustainable practices to build self-awareness, compassion, and insight.

One-on-one coaching is offered in the Greater Madison, WI area and virtually nationwide, grounded in community connections in Sun Prairie.

  • Transition Coaching – 60-min session: $150 | 4-session package: $500

  • Focus Lab – Two sessions (30-min discovery + 90-min deep dive): $300

  • Custom Coaching Packages – Tailored to your goals and timeline (pricing based on scope)

Before launching The Well Studios, I spent more than 20 years in leadership roles in innovation consulting, design, operations, and human resources. Throughout my career, I coached and mentored individuals, developed leaders, and guided teams through complexity and change with empathy and clarity.

I maintain a daily meditation practice, attend annual retreats, and have completed over 60 additional mindfulness and well-being programs, bringing a grounded, accessible approach that blends leadership experience with mindfulness-based support.
