How I Can Help

Be Well offerings are tailored to your goals and may include:

  • Meditation & Mindfulness Sessions – Individual or group practice sessions to cultivate awareness, compassion, and insight.

  • Well-Being Workshops – Experiential group sessions to introduce and integrate mindfulness, reflection, and ease into your daily life.

  • Guided Group Practices – Ongoing community mindfulness and meditation sessions to deepen practice, foster connection, and support collective well-being.

  • Individual Mindfulness Guidance – 60-min session: $125 | 4-session package: $400

  • Group Workshops – Custom-designed programs for teams or communities (pricing based on scope)

  • Ongoing Group Practice – Rates vary depending on frequency and group size

Experience & Training

I have completed more than 60 mindfulness and well-being programs and guide individuals, teams, and communities. I maintain a daily meditation practice, attend annual retreats, and bring a warm, accessible approach to sharing mindfulness in ways that meet people where they are.

My mindfulness and well-being training includes:

  • Authorized Meditation Guide & Teacher — Shambhala Global

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Essentials — foundational course in the teacher training pathway, Mindfulness & Health Institute

  • Healthy Minds Program and Born to Flourish series — Center for Healthy Minds

  • Trauma-Informed Facilitation Training — multiple programs

Alongside this, I bring over two decades of experience in innovation consulting, leadership, operations, and human-centered design, giving me the tools to create well-being programs that are both deeply human and sustainably effective.
